Monologue

Could it be?… No, it can’t… Why me? It's me… I’m the powerful Son of God. I’m the figure 

everyone looks up too… Wow…. I’m just a carpenter… So why am I the son of God? Why

was I the chosen one? This doesn’t make any sense... Well if it is me, then I have to fulfill

my role… I have to treat my people right… Be the best. Give the people what they deserve 

if they act right… Yea! I know what has to be done… Wow! The heavens chose me... of all 

people. Its unbelievable! I need help. I can't do this alone... I'm going to disappoint many...

No. I'm better than that. I can't back out. A great opportunity. If only... No way... A dove…

My help?? Can’t be. No.. It is! Help? For me? But why? Or how? Or anything… Wait. I’ve

got help now! I can do this. Whoa. Now I'm ready. I was chosen, me. No one else. My job,

my role, my destiny, is to succeed. I can prove what I'm capable of, I mean, I am the Son of

God…
